Gavin Maguire, Managing Director
Neil O’Keefe, CFO
Neil has in excess of 25 years of experience in construction and construction materials, both within Australia and internationally, covering industry sectors such as quarries, concrete, cement and cementitious products, asphalt, transport and distribution and civil contracting.
He has acted in the capacity of CFO for the past 10 years, being responsible for Board and Statutory Reporting, Compliance and Treasury functions.
Over an extended period, Neil has taken a very “hands-on” approach to his professional career, as demonstrated by his involvement in a range of activities that go well beyond the typical accounting responsibilities, including managing operational process improvement projects, large systems implementations, business review and restructuring and risk assessment and mitigation.
After spending most of his professional career with large, multinational corporations, in recent years he has developed his own business, providing support to smaller organisations that require accounting and commercial expertise without the associated overhead of an in-house finance and administration function. In this capacity, his objective is to ensure that robust accounting, reporting and compliance functions are in place, so that the business is positioned to pursue its growth objectives with minimal risk.
