OUR COMPANY
FPM Australia Pty Ltd commenced in 2016 and began life as a project management consultancy in the cement and concrete industries, but has quickly developed into an organisation that offers a wide range of services across a variety of industries.
Based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, our network extends internationally with affiliations in Asia and the USA.
OUR TEAM
Gavin has over 30 years’ experience in the cement manufacturing industry in Australia.
Gavin has an electrical background and has utilised his engineering skills to build a solid knowledge of all facets of cement plant construction, commissioning, operations and management.
After 20 years in the cement industry focussing on construction and operations, Gavin returned to the electrical industry to manage an Oil and Gas division for a large electrical contractor in the Coal seam gas industry. After 2 years developing a new business capability, he returned to the cement industry as a General Manager for one of Queensland’s main cement producers, with responsibility for product and business development.
Gavin is a results oriented, highly motivated senior line manager with a proven track record in achieving consistent increases in plant and personnel productivity through implementing continuous process improvement and best practice programs. With a strong managerial and engineering background, has led high performing teams to deliver financial business targets as well as deliver major capital works programs to be on time and under budget.
